As you may already know, as Natural Hair Expert I’ve dedicated the last ten years to helping people reconnect with their textured Crowns — and today I’m here to share with you the ultimate approach to healthy growth: THE NATURANGI METHOD.

It’s based on dedicated learning experiences and tailored routines focused on daily, independent hair care at home.

From the personalized consultation — to identify your ideal routine — to the coaching sessions that teach you how to put it into practice step by step, and all the way to targeted lessons on manipulation, ends-refining and basic styling.

THE CONSULTATION

I begin the session with a series of specific questions that allow me to gather information about:

Hair and scalp conditions
Specific characteristics
Manifest needs
Any concerns or issues to be addressed

I then move on to sharing my evaluation of your situation and guiding you on what you need to do by presenting YOUR ROUTINE step by step, focusing on:

The different moments it will include
Products and tools to use
How to detangle and manipulate your hair

THE ROUTINE SHEET

Within 3–4 business days after the session, I will send you the Routine Sheet with a detailed report of the Consultation:

Timing and methods for product application
Amounts for any specific mixtures
Wash time steps
Drying and finish
Hydration-refresh routine
Scalp care
Any other useful notes for correct application of the routine

I design the routine based on your level of familiarity and the time you realistically have available.

THE FOLLOW-UP

The first progress check is included in the cost of this service, and the date is scheduled at the end of the consultation.

The consultation can take place online or in person.

To carry out the session, it is recommended to set aside a couple of hours.

Fee: €150 - to be paid upon booking

Alongside the consultation, you will experience a truly immersive practice that includes step-by-step training in your routine — all in the comfort of your own daily environment.

You can choose to proceed:

Online → 3 video call sessions, each lasting 2 hours.
At home → A half-day session of 5–6 hours.

PRACTICAL PHASE

I support you while you practice:

Hair manipulation
Detangling
Wash time steps

At the end, I give you the ROUTINE SHEET and we schedule the included follow-up.
To carry out the session, it is recommended to set aside half a day.

HOW TO CARE

In this lesson you will learn how to manipulate your hair strands and what timing to respect between applications during:

HOW TO TRIM

Tutorial lesson on how to perform trimming on Afro, Coily and Curly hair

Keeping your ends healthy is key to overall hair health and steady length retention.
This includes monitoring their condition and eliminating irregularities that cause weakness, tangles and poor treatment absorption.

This is not about cutting or removing length, but about refining only where and as needed.

Anyone can learn to do this independently, and integrating it into your routine supports length and health goals.

The session lasts 2 hours and can take place online or in person.

Fee: €110 - to be paid upon booking

HOW TO STYLE

Tutorial lesson on protective styles and hairstyles for Afro and Coily hair

A step-by-step style coaching session structured around your learning pace to help you master some of the coolest protective styles:

Two-strand twists
Flat twists
Cornrows

Each lesson focuses on one hairstyle and includes two phases:

Product and tool selection, hair preparation, introduction to the process
Intensive practice

The session lasts 2 hours and can take place online or in person.

ABOUT ME

I am an Italian-Ghanaian Natural Hair Coach and Trainer, specialized in daily hair care education for Afro, Coily and Curly hair.

I began my journey over ten years ago, driven by the need to rebuild a culture of hair care that had been lost and to give individuals, parents and families the knowledge they were never given.
My mission is to make natural hair care a space of identity, confidence and belonging — and my added value lies in transforming technical guidance into an empowering, practical and accessible experience for real everyday life.

MY JOURNEY SO FAR

2014 — I started blogging about Natural Hair Care (I was one of the first in Italy).

2015 — Blog awarded as “Best Nappy Info Point in Italy” at the AFRICA ITALY EXCELLENCE AWARDS.

2017 — Publication of Love is in the Hair: Tips for a Healthy and Effortless Natural Hair Journey (the first and only guide of its kind in Italy).

2019-2020 — Launched NaturAngi Headwear, opened the online shop, and launched the NaturAngi Hair Care line (previously CapRicci Beauty Roots).

2021 — Opened NaturAngi Academy (the first and only place of its kind in Italy).

2022 — Launched the WonderFourHair Community.

2023 — Awarded “Leader of Change in Entrepreneurship” at the first-ever edition of the BLACK CARPET AWARDS (by Afro Fashion Association — Vogue Italia — Meta/Instagram).

Released the new edition of Love is in the Hair.

2024 — Coily Hair Care Educator at L’Oréal Italia’s Access Platform

2025 — I took a much-needed and well-deserved break to welcome my Baby Girl into this world.
